Biden is essentially brazenly stealing Trump's lines on the "made in America by American workers" that Trump has been pushing for decades. So why didn't Biden push for made in America the 47 years he was in government?

The optics of these Biden rallies, where just a few people are sitting in circles wearing masks is just terrible.
Compare that to the raucous Trump rally last night in NC, where 15,000 people turned out (not including the overflow).
