Most of the folks near the NV border are pretty conservative and sadly not enough population to over-ride the assclowns in la and nanfran cystco.
True but hopefully, if all of those assclowns sweat their rear ends off and are miserable, maybe they will get a clue.... probably not but at least they will be miserable. Be like us, solar and a back up generator.
