is the looting and rioting subsiding in other cities while this one ramps up? just wondering if the thugs have left portland, etc., and gone to Rochester. That signifies to me (the waning) that there aren’t alot of them (in the scheme of things)
Rochester is a Rustbelt dump; they hardly need to import other states’ unemployed and unemployable for unrest.
This is what happens when young people realize they have no future; I don’t see the foreigners imported to take their jobs at these riots. Not excusing the behavior, but simply explaining how so many people can be out all hours of the night without concerns about how a police record will effect their future job searches...
