Just think back to March.

TP cleared out.

Beans of any kind practically gone.

Canned meat gone.

Fresh meat was limited.

It can get worse.

Especially if the smoldering Civil War really erupts.

I canned several qts (about 10) of pot roast, back in March.

I guess I can get the canner back out, and fire it up, again.
