If you are (fill in the blank minority group), you are supposed to find your political home in the Democratic party.
You are supposed to just automatically vote Democrat, because Republicans are deplorable/racist/sexist/homophobic, et. al.
Because Republicans are bigoted against (fill in the blank minority group), you must vote Democrat, because otherwise you are a traitor to your group.
