Honestly if I were a cop I wouldn’t want to get involved in holds and throws and hand to hand tactics if I could possibly avoid it. Wood shampoo would be tactic number one. If that’s illegal get a job flipping burgers.

I lived part time in Mexico during 2002-2006. It was common knowledge that the police administered trial and punishment for car theft and non violent crimes. For the criminal, it was better than going to jail.
