Dang. Permits from otherwise law-abiding citizens of New Jersey can be arbitrarily rejected just "because" by police brass?
That is absolutely chilling and frightening. To whom do those people subsequently turn to make an appeal?

From everything seen in this thread, there is not a formal appeal process in New Jersey for those residents there who are unfairly denied.
