I'm not so sure that would be the case, if he was impeding the march towards globalist control. But had he campaigned with the same message, then yes Republicans would have voted for him. Because the Republican running against him would have been the same choice as Hillary at that point. 8>)
It’s hard for me to accept your initial premise that as a Democrat, Trump might’ve beat Hillary at the primary level. Bernie Sanders has proven twice that the DNC has other ideas. They put in who they want. They never would’ve wanted Trump to win, so he wouldn’t have.
However, if he had beat Hillary, and had won the election, I can only say that I think I would see the man that I see now, a man who wants to help our country right the wrongs that exist, a man that wants to root out corruption.
4 years ago, I thought about voting for one of his primary opponents. I literally flipped a coin. It turned out to be in the favor of the other person 3 times in a row. However, I had been praying fervently that day, asking God for His Wisdom. My soul kept telling me to vote for Trump. That’s what I did.
Trump is pro-life because he has to get the votes. I think he was pro-choice but this was an issue that was easy for him to “evolve” on.
Actually there were times when the democrats did approach Trump to run. Something made him run as not a Democrat. I would say a republican but then again we ran Romney and McStain
If DJT had run against HRC as a Democrat he would not have made it out of the primaries. HRC had ‘it’ in the bag.
But, say he did beat her, then, YES, he would have gotten my vote even running as a demonrat. Anyone but Hillary.
Fortunately, we did not see this scenario. He chose to run in opposition, and now has the opportunity to destroy the party of criminals, demon worshipers, cheaters, liars, and thieves. Given then what we know now, does anyone seriously believe he would have chosen to join such a ‘party’? More than likely he would have run as an Independent, having faith that somehow, some way winning could still be an option.
If Trump had run as a Democrat, Hillary would have had him killed. It is as simple as that. Besides Trump had tired of the Democratic political agenda. Many people have tired of being Democrats, like Ronald Reagan. Other democrats could no longer be elected as Democrats, like JFK, Scoop Jackson, Harry Truman, because the party has changed to much.
