I’m guessing they didn’t have something in the law saying that they have a certain amount of time to approve or disapprove it. Or they’re using The Rona as an excuse.
The law says 30 days. The Illinois State Police said that as long as you carry proof you’ve reapplied you’re good. I have it with me religiously.
