Does it really matter at this point? Of course there’s a riot. If they can’t do anything about it because of the leftist mayor and gov, who cares.
Since mayor and gov have decided to ignore the rioters and let the riots continue, Portland police should ignore them. Maybe just set up a perimeter to keep normal people out, and assist normal people trapped in these areas to get out. Let the ferals all Burn, Loot and Murder each other.
No federal assistance. Let them destroy themselves. Escape From Portland.
