The Plantagenets were really bad-from the devil we came and to the devil we will go! Then the Tudors were the icing on the cake and after them came the Stuarts...all nasty.

And actually, a very very large number were homosexual.

BUT..and you may find this hard to believe, but a whole lot of our laws stem from them.

And then there’s those annoying warring Battenburg entrants in to the royal line-— who, during the run up to WWI (against Germany primarily)... had to change the family name to “Windsors” because the British public expected to sign up for a bloody internecine war of the old monarchies of Europe would not EVER fight for a German Royal Family of the UK. As much a function of the Bolsheviks at work in the UK (unions and anarchy rampant) as it was the genetic reality that these Germans were distrusted by the real heritage of the UK.

This carried over into WWII, with the Irish supposedly being “neutral” (a laugh and a half on that one, they did a lot to interfere in the King’s efforts to defeat the Nazis), when in fact they largely aided the Nazis (even though there were considerable Anglo-Irish, and Irish recruits sent to Europe (many of whom desperately came back from Dunkirk, quite hating the... Hun).
