i didn’t think it was possible for the Democrats to pick a WORSE candidate than Hillary Clinton, and yet here we are ...
and no, i don’t think biden’s campaign is trying to win, namely because:
1. they KNOW he’s going to lose
2. biden isn’t in charge of his own campaign because he’s not capable of that, which means the campaign, such as it is, is fundamentally rudderless, and those who are involved are primarily concerned with siphoning as much money as possible out of the campaign and self-dealing it to friends, relatives, and pet contractors ...
They don’t have to. 60+ million useful idiots are going to vote democrat if that criminal party put a house plant on the ballot.

Not necessarily. The Democrats have lost in epic landslides before, and they know it can happen again. Before McGovern lost he acted like he was winning. Mondale acted like he was winning. The fake news went along with it - made is appear to be a close race until the end.
Don’t expect them to throw in the towel early - that would be devastating to the down-ticket races.
But putting all that aside, how they might the Democrats “stick it to us”?
They have used up all of their ammunition, and President Trump is still unfazed. They have nothing else to throw at him. They have made the election all about Presiden’t Trump, and it’s too late to make it about anything else.
Even if they did, President Trump has maneuvered them into embracing the wrong side of every issue under the sun. They embrace BLM and Antifa violence. They are anti Law and Order. They embrace higher taxes, more job killing regulations, mandatory shutdowns and mask wearing, open borders, killing of the unborn, gun grabbing, Big Pharma pandering, China pandering, Russia war-mongering (he gets along too well with dictators). They embrace giveaways to illegals. They want illegals to vote. They hate it that NASA is going back to outer space.
The Democrats have been tricked into taking the unpopular side of every issue.
Biden is going to be badly beaten and the Democrats know it - but they can’t admit it to their own voters, or they will give up and not vote at all - that would mean they lose the House and lose ground in state and local government as well.
