If he became president this mandate couldn't go into effect until the summer of next year. Does Biden read crystal balls to know the future of this virus or is he telling us his plans for us?
He has no presence, there is nothing presidential about him, no love for America. The speech was flat, lifeless, and like you said, boring. He’s not a good actor; Biden knows he’s just a placeholder for someone else.
We just came back from vacation in Hilton Head and also visited Beaufort and Savannah. Yes, a lot of those people will wear that mask inside, outside and until they are told to remove it. This is taking on a dystopian feel to it now.
Easily to January and beyond if we let them. Already Fauci is floating the idea of wearing masks for yearly flu, too. We can keep this up to around November and then we need to start a huge movement against masks or it will never end.
LOVE it, and God bless whoever came up with that idea! Wish we could be there driving one of the many trucks!
Not all people on Fox were praising and gushing over the speech.
On Laura’s show Karl Rove brought up Joe’s record on Covid, pointing out all the statements they put out downplaying the crisis, especially their criticism of the travel ban and how Trump could use all of it against him in the debates. Charlie Hurt said the speech wasn’t very good for someone that’s been giving speeches for 50 years. Charlie also called out blaming Covid on Trump by Biden and Obama as “beyond the pale”. Raymond Arroyo called the speech “labored and tortured” and a recycle from his stump speeches with the ending being “unsteady”. Raymond also pointed out Biden’s line about the “light” laughable considering his support for abortion.
He would cut funding to states that don’t mandate masks, enforcement is another issue.

Biden mentioned light at least 3 times. He said,
“I will be an ally of the light not of the darkness. “
“It’s a moment that calls for hope and light and love. Hope for our futures, light to see our way forward, and love for one another.”
“Or we can choose a different path, and together, take this chance to heal, to be reborn, to unite. A path of hope and light.”
Laura’s response was, “Where’s the light in a million unborn deaths a year?”
