I've been here since November 1998 waiting for that day. Why do you think nothing meaningful ever gets done? The dems, when in power, never get their total gun control and the GOP, when in power, never get voter ID. Each side gives JUST ENOUGH to make their minions look like they get victories.
It's a game...but if you ask too much - all your dirty little secrets go to the press. Why do you think Denny Hastert never gave us what we wanted? Well - NOW we know. Who knows what they have on Mitch, Roberts...etc. Who knows what we have on Pelosi.
The sooner people realize that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE CROOKS - the better we will be. I'm tired of the "GOP" > "DNC" - because they just aren't. They are just better at hiding their criminal history from their voters because they know their voters are a less tolerant bunch.
I agree. I have long believed that dems and pubs sit in a back room together, laughing at us, lighting their cigars off the $100 bills of our productivity.
