Standing at an actual crossroads, Republican former Gov. John Kasich of Ohio on Monday endorsed Democrat Joe Biden at the Democratic National Convention, saying he is “respectful” and won’t “turn sharp Left.”
Kasich, who lost to President Trump in the 2016 GOP primary, said in a recorded message that “we’re being taken down the wrong road by a president who is pitted one against the other. He’s unlike all of our best leaders before him who work to unite us.”
“Many of us can imagine four more years going down this path,” said Kasich, who left office last year. He sought to shield Biden, 77, from Trump’s attack that he’s in mental declined and likely to be “a puppet” of more left-wing advisers.
Kasich, who posed for his speech before an unsubtle split roadway, touted Biden’s “wisdom and his decency.”
“I’m sure there are Republicans and independents who couldn’t imagine crossing over to support a Democrat. They fear Joe may turn sharp left and leave them behind. I don’t believe that.,” Kasich said, adding: “He’s reasonable, faithful, respectful, and you know, no one pushes Joe around.”

This is a pure spite endorsement. In his derangement, Kasich thinks — knows— that he’d be president right now if it weren’t for that meddling Trump... and his dog Scooby Doo. And this Biden endorsement is his pathetic revenge.
So stupid. In his egomania, he can’t see it, but even if Trump hadn’t existed, there were at least a half-dozen, hell a full dozen, Republicans running who’d have beat him if Trump hadn’t. Hell, even Jeb! isn’t as big an idiot as this S.O.B. Kasich.
Even if this treasonous moron is correct, Biden won’t be POTUS for very long - he’ll either resign or be forced out via the 25th Amendment before 6 months go by. So it won’t matter what Joe Biden would do, it matters what the opportunistic, Leftist Harris would do (well, besides spreading her legs, that is).
What about Harris when Biden is mentally unfit to serve sometime in 2022?

In the accompanying photo, Kasich standing at the fork in the road is used to express the metaphor, But, the left fork does “turn sharp left” and the right fork runs straight ahead with the road before the fork.
Not even trying to use symbolism to sell the premise. “Dont believe your eyes, believe my words.”
Everybody knows the dems are making the hardest turn left in our lifetime, at least since FDR. Maybe they can’t kid their right brain ( visualization and intuition vs. words).
