It’s the states that prevent its use. Plenty of states have chosen to not block those drugs from use against COVID. Texas is one that had a medical body briefly block HCQ use, then doubled back and allowed them again. That was not a federal issue.

But what is the justification the states are using for denying the use of HCQ? It is the CDC/FDA recommendations (the “science”) aka Fauci’s phony diktats.

The President has already bucked the FDA by promoting convalescent plasma against Fauci’s “thin data” claim of benefit. We can only hope HCQ is in President Trump’s queue.
