Actually, it isn’t banned in NY. It can only be prescribed in a HOSPITAL setting ( which is NOT what Hydroxychloroquine is most effective for ).
For some reason however, Doctors like Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, of Monroe, NY was able to prescribe it out patient for nearly a thousand patients.
He essentially banned it in all of NY until “trials” could be started in hospitals. Which took weeks. And yes, it was allowed in hospital only, and only under his rules for “trials”.
Once people were hospitalized, it was often too late.
He is a murderer.
