The letter to Justice Kavanaugh is saying that the Petitioner in this case had proven his case and that the Government lawyer did not contest the allegations against them. If true then this Supreme Court case should be granted.

I have to admit I viewed the website but stopped short of downloading the court documents. But as someone who is in the biz, reads like it was written by a crank. Whatever this is, it’s going nowhere
