From using MS Word, I can affirm it can cause high blood pressure. It tries to force you to do things its way, and it's maddening to try to turn off all of the default settings.

MS Office is JUNK.

I used Open Office for a while but now I only use Libreoffice 6.4.6.

Totally free.

There is a version 7 but is is still pretty new and the 6.4.6 runs well.
