Harris is not a Natural Born Citizen and even if Biden were elected, can never become President or Vice President. Chief Justice Roberts knows that and will refuse to swear het in to office. Roberts would the have the option to deliver the Oath of Office to President Trump.

If anything, the selection of Harris, knowing that she's technically ineligible, is a giant middle finger to the American public.
