I've been an election judge in what might be called a neighborhood suburb of Pittsburgh for 7 years. Some argue we aren't, because it is a seat of a different county.

About 2% of our precinct are Black folks and I know most of them. Almost all of them will tell you that they moved here specifically to get away from other Blacks. You don't have to coax this information out of them, they volunteer it.

Yep. He knows black, Asian, and Latino home-owners are no more anxious to be overrun with projects and watch their property values drop than white people are.
