Lockdowns make no difference. Masks make no difference. The population eventually reaches herd immunity. Lockdowns and masks delay but don’t stop the process.
States with the highest deaths per 100,000 are those states with a policy of putting recovering Covid patents into nursing homes.
I think the Northern States tend to have a population that is sicker than the rest of the county...
