Her father was an American citizen.
Many freepers have convinced themselves that the founders meant to include as eligible to be President anyone who could tangentially claim US citizenship at birth such as Anwar al-Awlki’s kids, born in Yemen to one citizen parent, or Winston Churchill whose mother was an American.
Ted Cruz is only eligible if they are.
And we know that Churchill was awarded “honorary” citizenship by Congress, so they must not have had such an expansive view of who was NATURALLY an American.
The only way one is naturally a citizen is if there is no alternative and no law or statue required.
The amount of opposition to upholding the Constitution on FR has been surprising to me.

I’ve seen a lot of Eurasian women and none look like her. I may be wrong but her mother’s husband should have had a paternity test done.
Just a hunch.
