Maybe due to the size and nature of the Kodak plant. It was the largest photographic product manufacturing facility in the world, employing over 15,000 employees in over 154 different buildings spanning its 1,300 acres.

Have you ever been to Rochester, NY, seen the facility, or met any of the people there?

Years ago, when camera film was still a thing, I picked up several loads there. That place is FRIGGIN’ HUGE. Like a city within itself.
Hope they go balls to the wall and have to build more buildings.

I’ve been to Rochester and Buffalo.
They both made me miss Wilmington DE.
I’ve never been to the plant.

As for your other post, I didn’t say anything about Trump not understanding business. I merely was wondering why not a different state, specifically a swing state.

Eastman was so picky, they grew their own cattle. To make sure the gelatin was pure and not stuffed with chemicals from the food the cattle was fed. That gelatin went into film and photo emulsion but the same gelatin could make some clean pills...
just sayin...
