American's with those skills aren't out of work. I've been hiring for 20+ years in the IT field, Fortune 100, and IT has full employment for US Citizens. Those without, are without because they lack the skills, at least here in DFW.

Not a popular conservative opinion, but 100% factual and undeniable. Look at how few US citizen children are in STEM programs and that's all you need to know... when we post jobs, we get 18-1 foreigners needing sponsorship (which we can't stand due to all the work required to continually monitor their pay which meets or exceeds US citizen pay 100% of the time) versus a US citizen...
