He was hired by a major Pharma company last month making $60K straight out of college.
yep, people can go to the local community college that costs almost nothing, get a USEFUL degree and be earning great money in a few years with no debt.
$20k in student debt is certainly manageable.
My son graduated with a BS in Operations Research (from Cornell). I’m not sure how much student debt he has, but he has a good job in Manhattan.
My daughter graduated from Univ. South Carolina (nursing program) and had almost no debt. Got a really good scholarship.
