I’m sure Biden doesn’t want a VP of color, but I doubt that’s his choice to make. The Party will tell him what his choice will be, and they want a black.
If somehow Biden picked a White, there would be riots in the streets, something we haven’t seen for quite a while. /s
He doesn’t need to shore up the blacks, he needs to shore up the left. Women will pretty much vote for anyone who has the same genitalia anyway.
