I suppose we’ll hear multiple sides of the story before long.
If true then we have more dangerous Antifa gunmen on the loose. There is no legal basis for a civilian to be firing at a car leaving the scene of a shooting in those circumstances.
Looking at the video it would have been wildly reckless with the crowds that were present in all directions.

That’s what I read coming from the police. Both shooters had CCW permits, were questioned and released.
