During the demonstration, a vehicle had honked, turned down a road and then sped toward protesters, witness Michael Capochiano said.
The vehicle became surrounded by shouting protesters, and Foster approached the vehicle carrying his AK-47, Capochiano recalled.
The driver then stuck a gun out of the car window and fired several shots, hitting Foster, before speeding away, according to the witness.
But Foster's mother said the man 'got out of his car and started firing shots, and my son was shot three times'.
No bias there...
This dips**t got what he deserved. You brandish a gun at someone or open fire, you better be ready to eat a bullet, no matter how thin and pretty he was in his uniform as a child...
The media has gone from bias to outright lying. Anybody who bothered to watch the videos of what happened can hear the multiple gunshots, and see the Foster approaching the car with his weapon at the ready.
Does anybody think that a police officer wouldn't have shot Foster in the same circumstances?
