Long ago I came to the realization suing these large billionaire owned lefty companies, lefty run government entities or left organizations is fruitless. Think the IRS vs TEA Party, WAPO & NYT libel, and unions. They have the deep pockets backing and often settle for less under non-disclosures leaving them unhurt to continue their malfeasance. A better way to go, I think, is suing the specific individuals personally in civil court. Even if they get help form their wealthy lefty benefactors, over time the hurt should cause other lefty troops to think twice about following through with their illegal and unjust war the Constitution and our rights. Not a lawyer but this makes sense to me.

Apologies, unfinished thought.
The goal should not be enriching ourselves through litigation against leftists. The use of the courts against the left should be to modify their behavior and tactics to advance our conservative beliefs, to preserve our Constitutional Republic and what it stands for so future generations can enjoy what we see disappearing before our very eyes. That said, as a practical matter, I understand and agree there are cases where financial retribution is called for as in the case of this young man who stood to loose his potential life’s future income to this incident.
Now please follow . . .think how the left has taken many small private business owners to court and ruined their livelihood while advancing the homosexual agenda. The left does not care about the cake or the service allegedly denied; they care about behavior modification of those like-minded with the left’s accused. They want to intimidate and, by the self-censoring of those who disagree with the left, appear as if they are just, the majority in popular thought and way of the future. Unfortunately, conservatives can be their worst enemies. We believe in individualism and as such let our conservative brethren hang in the wind of liberalism until they become tattered and ragged thus reinforcing the left’s tactics. In contrast, the left with their communal beliefs, hangs together no matter how crazy their goals may be. Imagine how much conservatives could accomplish if they had the stick-togetherness of leftists?
We need to be on offense in the courts, in the internet, on the public square; unafraid and unapologetic for what we believe or else the time may come when it will be too late to save this Republic. Let’s pray that does not come to pass.
