sometimes, if you’re really afraid of your symptoms and can’t wait for that distant specialist appt, one could try to go to the ER and try to get admitted....sometimes if you’re a patient in the hospital a specialist might be called in to see you then and there and perhaps the test you need could be done sooner.....

Thanks. I appreciate the thought and normally, I’d more likely be at ER by now.

But with this COVID insanity, that is EXACTLY what I am trying to avoid. Even just going in the ER means I am cut off from my loved ones. They can’t easily advocate for me, and if I should be admitted, and it’s serious, they won’t be able to see me, perhaps ever.

That means my mom who is already highly upset from recent years, and not that well herself, as well as my young son.

We frequently say we are glad my dad did not have to live through this damnable nonsense or die in it. He died just before all this garbage back Thanksgiving, and we all got to be with him as he died, and many people visited, and we had a normal funeral.

This COVID thing angers me beyond measure. Never mind the riots on its tail.
