Whatever. Eventually no sports will be able to escape making political statements anywhere/every where. Fouling up sports, society every chance they get.
Really a shame that people don't know the concept of boundary.
Remember, mlb is blm backwards. Now, about the team name.
In my experience, when you try to please everyone you please no one.
Wait. So, now STANDING for The National Anthem is an expression of honor?
Did anyone, by chance, scratch their ball sack. Sheeeeesh.
People watch sports as a diversion from the “noise” of everyday life. They don’t want to be lectured to by a bunch of self-righteous virtue signalling players and team management.
The people in these organizations live in a bubble that’s about to pop.
Standing for the flag and anthem is an imperative. Whatever else these “compassionate/caring/nuturing/sensitive men” want to do to show how compassionate/caring/nurturing/sensitive baseball players they are is of little interest to me.
Good one.
“”””’Wait. So, now STANDING for The National Anthem is an expression of honor?””””””””
That was mighty white of them.
Did the crowd cheer? I guess not.
Waaaaiiiit a minute. How do we know some of those guys aren’t honoring David Dorn?
Unless I missed something, is it not sad that it is news a pro sports team stands for the national Anthem?
I mean look at that - white, brown, and black team members, standing in harmony and solidarity, showing respect for flag and country!
Dox them! Take their team's name away from them! Call up the bimbos and lawyers to accuse them, out them! Who do they think they are, anyway?
Americans?
“We are busy figuring out a way to show our opposition to anti-white racism in our institutions”
Yes, we are.
But if the Browns all kneel as it seems they will, I'm done with them.
The term “social justice” = marxism.
We are busy figuring out a way to show our opposition to anti-white racism in our institutions
The problem is any hint of this is met by shaming and firings. Think of the OK sign which wasn’t a symbol but because a few feared it was, quickly became banned never-the-less.
If the opposition is driven underground, so be it.
Invisible enemies are the most dangerous kind.
What next..band the name "white"?
