FYI: Comcast’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NBCUniversal News Group, has announced, through the office of its Group Chairman, Cesar Conde, that it will, henceforth, practice systemic racism in its Human Resource operations. It will seek to reduce the ‘white employee’ percentage down from current 74% to a 50-50% with “people of color”! The new Chairman, former head of Telemundo, spoke to the method for measuring movement to this goal; “... Starting with our next assessments in early 2021, we will add progress on diversity to the performance metrics of the leadership team.”
50-50? That’s affirmative action, in action.
More dramatic than the usual, “let’s make our staff ratios ‘look like America’, no matter how incompetent the people we have to accept.”
