I have a friend who has dedicated decades of his life to protecting America in ways he’s not allowed to discuss. One of his kids posted some stupid quote about how great it is to have the free speech to denigrate America. He must be so proud. I feel so sorry for him.

Of course, he might have been like a friend of ours whose entire adult life from the military to *** was spent protecting America in way’s he could not discuss with his children or most people.
Don’t worry about the speech. If they couldn’t tear the country down, we wouldn’t be able to raise it up either. Free speech is free speech.
Worry about the real things: all the crimes that are being committed and allowed to slide.
