Well, they would BUT , you know, the police don't want to hurt their feelings.
We are paying GOOD MONEY to the police, and they just stand around,as if they are day dreaming,or waiting at the bus stop for the metro bus to pick them up. Sickening!
They let them establish themselves there in the first place. Anywho...I was making a general statement about these issues nationwide. The police need to be aggressive.
Tonight was an improvement over Tulsa but I agree that they needed to be prepared to move much quicker.

Fox News has been covering via video the flyovers and him getting out of Marine 1 and the band and crowd at the venue.
They said they would be covering the speech, etc. I just switched to CSPAN to see if they were covering it and they indicated they would.

If anyone has a claim of being here first it would be the tribes at the Tierra del Fuego in Argentina. They were the first till driven south by new invaders who were driven out by new invaders who were driven out by new invaders.

As I observe the law enforcement tactics at these events I see two very different approaches.
1. Move in quickly as a protest starts to form and quickly arrest the “protestors”. Advantages/disadvantages?
... advantage, media optics of being tough on protestors and not allowing them to get their message out and appearance that the intent is to quell free speech even if the real message is that your free speech interferes with my ability to move freely when you block a pubic road in the course of your attempt to exercise your free speech.
2. Let them have their say for hours Showing that they intend to block the road until physically placed under arrest and vans with tires removed have to be towed away by law enforcement and wear themselves out physically and mentally before Putting hands on them. Advantages/disadvantages....
....advantage gives the media hours of footage to work with showing law enforcement as tolerant of free speech for hours but reach a point where the few remaining protestors who came not to be heard but rather to become a martyr of their cause by getting arrested - not for exercising free speech but for repeated acts of refusing to stop blocking the road and refusing to disperse after repeated “warnings” to stop blocking the road or face consequences of being arrested and charged criminally etc etc.
