The powerful are not “shaking in their boots.” They are arranging for Miss Maxwell’s demise and the disappearance of all her material. She will be killed no matter what sort of protection she is given. Her clients are directly worth or control trillions and the sources of available cash are cumulative, not alternative. If she survives then there is another deal in the works the outlines of which we may discern in a year or so.
