It’s called SPIKING - something that the media still does, and unbelievably, IT STILL WORKS. They continue to hold the monopoly on the news and our side, even though we have the money and the people, simply throws up their hands.
For example, if measured by the number of arrests, the largest protests in the US since 1900 were in Kansas, in 1992. How many remember that? You don’t, they spiked it.
The only SPIKING in the media these days is to inflame COVID fears by reporting case number “SPIKES”.
If it starts with a big gun battle I expect it will be with a face off between very well armed citizens and armed antifas with spottily armed BLMs. Someone on a rooftop with a scoped rifle and some previous practice will shoot two or three Citizens and the citizens defend themselves against the mob where they think the shots originated. The rooftop shots will unleash a couple of the BLMs with pistols so the self defense is real.
