What needs to happen is Republican governors need to lean on them the way Cuomo leaned on the NY based major banks to blacklist gun stores, gun manufacturers, etc.

That is....”Visa, you WILL NOT do this OR I can promise you that you will face all kinds of regulatory difficulty in Florida, in Georgia, in Texas, etc etc. I will instruct my auditors to find things wrong with your business and your business license will be pulled, you will be suspended and not able to do business in this state, etc etc”.

That would force them to back down.
