Melissa Sue Anderson’s portrayal of Mary Ingalls Kendall was amazing, although it was a little bit of a stretch how quickly she adjusted to her blindness—and fell in love with her teacher!

Melissa Frances didn’t turn out so bad.

She has her own program, on Fox Business.

Maybe Melissa Gilbert spent too much time with known commie Grandpa.

My daughter also read all the books back 25 years ago as she was growing up. Good stuff.

That was the last really decent family show produced for television. I did like The Waltons better, though. Little House degraded over time.

A great nation this used to be. Time to start over.

Unfortunately, lost innocence is impossible to recapture. You can’t unsee certain things, the seeing of which destroys something inside.

When I was a young boy about 6 years of age. I wanted to marry Melissa Sue Anderson. My mother would say “not yet” little boy, you’re mine for now.

Those gorgeous blue eyes got me.

I hate to say it....Trump and many Americans are trying our best, but it’s not salvageable in current form.

In my business travels I went to every place LIW lived. The most interesting was the cabin in SE Kansas. They lived for two years in Burr Oak, Iowa running a hotel of sorts. In one of the upstairs rooms the initials JJ are carved in the window sill. They say Jesse James stayed there on his way up to the Northfield, MN bank robbery.

I did like The Waltons better, though.

I thought that it was ludicrous how they advanced the time-line to such excess.

In the last "Waltons Special," I believe that they had Grandma Walton commenting on Jimmy Carter's "Malaise Speech," while Jim-Bob was training to become an Space Shuttle astronaut.

Regards,

Did Nancy Pelosi descend from that store keeper’s daughter?

When my sister and I go home to visit Mom, we stay at a B&B in Cuba, NY. It’s where Pa Ingalls is from, and the name of one of the rooms is “Pa Ingalls Room”.

“You do know that both the older girls real name was Melissa?”

Another Melissa on the show was Melissa Francis (”Cassandra”) — now on Fox Business.

“Did Nancy Pelosi descend from that store keeper’s daughter?”

Probably not. In the end Nellie Oleson turned out to be a decent human being. Nancy NEVER will be a decent human being. It took a good man to turn her around.

I assume that you mean Melissa Gilbert, and her love for Howard Sterns.

I know you guys knew who I meant. There was only one Melissa from the show who turned out to be mentally handicapped by her liberalism.

I read that they didn’t stay in Florida long because Laura wilted from the heat and humidity.
