There are several 24 hour emergency room chains in Texas. An alternative to sitting in a waiting room for hours. Unfortunately, insurance won’t pick up the tab.

Don’t think there are as many in my neck of the woods. Plenty of hospitals though that can handle emergencies/urgent care, though.
