To me the worst part is that the press like CNN & MSNBC will air their complaint uncritically when the truth is out there and has been out there from the beginning.
I saw that video that was shot by the protesters the day it happened. It clearly shows that they entered a gated community. Anyone should know that a gated community is private property. They knew that they were trespassing and had no right to be there.
The press should not be on their side. The press should be questioning these people critically. These BLM Marxist should be made to answer as to their true motives and be shown for the scum that they are.
It should be clear from their reporting where the MSM sympathy lies.
Just watched Tucker Carlson’s monologue: the press is with the street thugs, the st louis county government is with the street thugs, the Missouri Republican Governor is stone cold silent, corporations are with the thugs, the cops and neighborhood security are absent, the couple are totally on their own. The thugs were up in their yard at one point on the video, they were threatening to kill the couple and their dog, there is not a jury in America that would convict this couple, but thugs on social media are doing all they can to destroy them in conjunction with the media.
Missouri law: No Duty to Retreat
A person has no duty to retreat:
From their dwelling, residence, or vehicle;
From their private property;
If the person is any other location where they have the right to be.
Missouri’s law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first.
