IMHO, Bezos’ crime is putting small businesses out of business. Remember little neighborhood bookstores? So do I. Remember having a complaint handled fairly? AMZ doesn’t even have the courtesy to listen.

I’ve found a solution to your dillema. F’ing close your account! It’s not easy, but I did it. Had to email them and demand they close my account. They did. Everything they sell is available elsewhere, more expensive and less convenient. Willing to suffer that?
