Amazon makes it possible for people to leave the city and, other than traffic and the Starbucks within walking distance, life goes on the same as in the city. I think it’s one of the reasons, coupled with the WFH phenomenon finally ramping up, that we will see a lot of people leaving the city for rural life. It’s practical now.
