Trump is going to pull greater than 10% of the black vote. Still depressingly low, but high enough to make it extremely difficult for Biden to win.
I read somewhere in 2016, if the Republican presidential candidate gets more than 12% of the black vote, the dem can’t win. If the Republican gets less than 8%, he can’t win. In that 8-12%, it can go either way.
