Good point. If it was an actual noose there would’ve been more photos of it than there are of sunsets.
Regardless, it needs to be tested. This looks real simular to whats called a “moron noose”. The way to test it is to have Bubba Smollet put his head in the noose (fit for a chihuahua), and the fall forward. If he chokes its a real noose! However, If he instead falls flat on his face followed by a heavy steel door smashing his head, its a moron noose!
