We have a large number of serving Democrats that are outspoken advocates and actively working to "fundamentally change" our Constitutional form of government to a centrally controlled socialist system. We the People need to figure out how to sue or file charges against these oath breakers and have them removed from government.
5 U.S.C. 3333 requires members of Congress sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by
5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law,
5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (and a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.
The fourth federal law, 18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath office described in
5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.
Democrats don’t care about rules and regulations. They voted on DC Statehood KNOWING that it needs a constitutional amendment.
They could care less about the Constitution.
Elections ?
They don’t care.

Prima facie evidence that they have violated their oath of office. I know they’re pushing for a fight, but our Conservative legal beagles have used the court and FOYA requests to untangle Crossfire Hurricane. Trump has filled the judges positions. Lawsuits might be able to do what we need to do starting today.
And, while we’re at it -— claw back ALL the money paid to anyone and everyone in the Mueller investigation cabal for fraudulent billing since they KNEW before they started that there was no there there and that they were on a free spending fishing expedition.
Just pick a point of attack and start doing something NOW!!!

No, it means with everything I can use and fight with up to and including combat -— and for the rest of my life. Ruling out legal action just takes one weapon out of a full arsenal.
Liberals don’t care about the constitution. My liberal brother gave me a book that attempted to destroy the validity of the Bill of Rights.
