It appears Abbott, placing the August date on it, is now stretching things out so Texas MIGHT be able to re-open on November 4th....after Mail In Voting Only takes place. 2016 was a practice run.

Very discouraging. Destroying people's livelihoods for something he can't really stop. Has anyone ever tried to call his office to comment? No one ever answers when I call. It just rings and rings and rings.
