Turns out the young Marine was from your general area. He was from a small northwestern Massachusetts town. After the comments, I decided to refresh my memory and did some research.
Turns out the young Marine was given time served and a hefty fine. The reason? There were two “girls” that showed up at his hotel. The other “girl” testified “she” advised that they should leave because “she” judged the young Marine to be very big, very strong, very young and naive. “She” testified that she told the other that they need to leave.
The “girl” who was beaten to death refused to listen. Said, “I want this one”.
The court decided that under all the circumstances the “girl” chose to put “herself” into a dangerous situation the other he/she warned her about and she ignored the advice.
And, the young naive Marine reacted exactly as the other “girl” warned might happen.
The young Marine was subsequently discharged under Other Than Honorable Conditions. If he had been discharged under Dishonorable Conditions it would have ruined his entire life.
Those people have in my opinion a Responsibility to disclose who and what they are. If they don’t that is a gamble they choose to take. A gamble is a gamble. It could as the other “girl” warned turn out very badly. Especially when you shock the senses of young man.
In my youth (1962), with a lot of my friends, we would venture down to the club scene in NY City(The Village), Peppermint Lounge ??. On one excursion, my buddy, “Ange”, had picked a girl of interest. Later on in the evening we find Ange in the back seat, “Making Out” with his young Lady, when all of a sudden he yells “The Bitch Has Balls”... You never can tell.....
Not guilty.
That’s some serious betrayal leading someone on like that for sexual kicks.

That is a not uncommon practice in the world of city sex trade. Some of these trannies get hurt. Men who patronize certain parts of the city are into doing illegal things from the start and are emotionally messed up, too. Such contacts are actually dangerous for both parties but more so for the sex pretender.
