No problem, press the case with a couple of dozen government lawyers anyway. Arrest them all and let each of the “teens” hire their own lawyers to get out of jail and prepare their defense. Then drop the case before it goes to court, re phrase the prosecutorial charges and restate the case.
Let the “teens” hire back their lawyers to prepare their defense, rinse, cycle and repeat till they run through all the mortgage money for their parents house...
How about adding RICO and mail/wire fraud to the list of charges.
