Twitter accounts are pushing messages asking the DC Appeals to go en banc. They need six judges to approve. The Appeals court is majority Dem appointees.
Hopefully Sullivan will sign the writ quickly before this goes on another few months.
Sullivan isn't going to do anything in a hurry. His job is resistance.
